1. Acceptance
By installing SwiftyClip or signing up for an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
SwiftyClip is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SwiftyClip on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Mac App Store EULA (if installed via the App Store). Lifetime licenses grant use of the "Creator" tier feature set for the lifetime of the product, including all major version updates (v1.x, v2.x, etc).
3. Your content
Your video and audio are your content. SwiftyClip does not upload them. You retain all rights. When you use the scheduler to post to third-party platforms (TikTok, Reels, etc.), you authorize SwiftyClip to store the clip temporarily (≤ 24h) on our servers in order to complete the upload.
4. Acceptable use
- You will not use SwiftyClip to process content you don't have the right to.
- You will not use the MCP server to violate a third-party platform's terms (spam, impersonation).
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app outside the license granted.
5. Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. Lifetime purchases are one-time, non-refundable after 14 days (see Refunds).
6. Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions within 14 days of the most recent charge. Refunds for Lifetime purchases within 14 days of purchase. Email support@swiftyclip.com.
7. Warranty & liability
SwiftyClip is provided "as is". We do our best to generate high-quality clips, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome (virality, view count, caption accuracy). Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; if changes are material we'll email you 30 days before taking effect.
